Our people took really well to the onsite portion, even the older guys who've been doing this work for 35 years, I wasn’t sure how they might respond, but because your trainer was so knowledgeable – and because the guys had gone through the SmartTech pre-training materials before the trainer arrived – they stayed engaged throughout, interacting and asking a lot of questions.

We recently brought Routsis Training in for a two-day, onsite SmartTech Essential class. Although we already have a strong technical team, with a lot of experienced engineers, the program was very well received.
The training was and we appreciated all the time spent doing hands-on exercises. We also liked how you explained theory and then reinforced the training with hands-on exercises as they apply to our plant — and how you demonstrated and applied processing strategies. The online post-training provided a great review and introduced additional concepts.
