Over the years, we have built factories next door to customers, and we use Routsis Training products at many of those and other facilities worldwide – from the Americas to Europe and Asia and beyond.

My hope is to see all Nypro facilities use Routsis Training, which is why I always suggest it to those facilities not yet onboard. I also suggest that trainees at my Learning Center take Routsis's online courses before taking the Master Molder classes we offer…

Bottom line? Thanks in part to Routsis Training, employers know that graduates of various educational programs can get to work the next day as opposed to waiting up to a year before joining the production environment.
